The nationwide Concern fast is taking place on Thursday, 26. 3RN are undertaking the fast as part of their CSPE action project and are inviting anyone who might also like to take up the challenge to join them.
The fast will commence from the start of school on Thursday, 26 of November and end with breakfast on Friday 27 November. The High School canteen will host a special breakfast at 8:30am Friday morning for anyone taking part.
If it is not possible to undertake a food fast, there are other things that people might consider 'giving up' for 24 hours such as using a mobile phone, computer games, sweets and treats etc.
